Eligibility

Refunds are considered for damaged or incorrect items when reported within 7 days of delivery. Proof of purchase and photos will be required.

Process

To request a refund, contact info@sheanileglow.com with order details. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Exceptions

Products damaged by misuse or normal wear are generally not eligible.
